Ingredients
  • 400grams Cooked chickpeaTin is fine
  • 100grams Baby Spinach
  • 1tsp smoked paprikaOr normal paprika
  • 2tbsp Chickpea Flour/Gram Flour
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the spinach until tender then put aside. Blend the chickpea (drained) until smooth paste. Mix together with the other ingredients. Wet your hands to make small egg shapes or balls and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add water or chickpea flour to adjust the mixture to make it easier to work with.
  2. If you can, put in a fridge for 1 hour. (I have skipped this point for obvious lack of time reasons and also lack of space in the fridge :-D)
  3. Bake for 20 mins on 180, or until golden brown.
