Ingredients
  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • 250ml Oat MilkBarrista type
  • 2tbsp Nutritional Yeast flakesI used marigold brand
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1tsp olive oilfor roasting
Instructions
  1. Cut the butternut squash in half. Spray with olive oil. Roast for about 30 mins on 180 degrees. Once cooled down, remove the skin and blend with the oat milk, add the yeast flakes and season with salt.
